Billing and invoices
Prepaid credits in USD, by card from $10, charged per token. No subscription. Stripe invoices carry your company name and tax ID.
One balance
One balance for the organization, split across workspaces with monthly and daily caps.
API data
Prompts and outputs sent to the API are not stored on NotHoly's systems. Usage metadata, with no content, has no automatic deletion yet.
Chat and files
Conversations are saved encrypted with a key per conversation. The organization-wide retention and web search settings are not applied yet. Uploaded files are never executed.
Access and keys
Owner, admin, billing, developer and viewer roles. Keys are stored only as keyed HMAC hashes and shown once, with per-key budgets, model lists and IP allowlists.
What our servers do
They never scan, exploit or send active traffic to third-party systems. Commands against your targets run only from your own machine.
Volume and contract
Concurrency grows with the total deposited. For larger volumes we agree terms in a contract, and the list of sub-processors comes with it.
